(i) the persons for the time

being lawfully discharging the

functions of Chief Secretary,

Attorney General and Financial

Secretary of the Colony; and

(ii) the Officer for the time

being in command of Our regular

forces within the Colony

("Commander British Forces");

such other persons (including

Official Members of the

Legislative Council) holding

office under the Crown in the

Colony as the Governor may, from

time to time, appoint (who,

together with the ex officio

Members, shall be styled "Official

Members of the Executive Council");
