Thank you for your letter of 6 March enclosing your latest checklist. I am replying in Christopher Hum's absence at JLGVI in Hong Kong.

under your own schedule, we believe the Review assessment arrangements may also prove sensitive here in the UK.

under SASI's schedule, the Review of Hong Kong's Control of Publications Consolidation Ordinance is now clearly of interest here.

under SCS' schedule, perhaps a new Hong Kong item should be added as follows: "Future of HMOCS: Hong Kong-China may be interested: Hong Kong-UK potential Parliamentary

interest."

under SES' schedule, we feel that "Civil Aviation: ASA 'unscrambling'" could still be "Hong Kong-China" sensitive.

under S for S' schedule, we think the rundown of the British Garrison will also be sensitive within Hong Kong, as could approaches to third countries on the BN(0) passport.
