were invited to a banquet at
which were present all those listed above, together with
officials from Customs and Public Health listed in paragraph
22. At the banquet, Li Chao-jin, Director of the Drug
Administration and Policy Bureau, M.P.H. warmly welcomed the
Hong Kong delegation and hoped that this first visit to China
by Hong Kong anti-drug officials was the harbinger of much
improved future cooperation.
