I hope this text will be of use to you. I

should be grateful if in return you could let us

know the latest situation on your own Drugs Bill.

If your legislation does enable you to confiscate

the assets of traffickers, we would of course be

very keen to enter into a reciprocal agreement to

trace, freeze and confiscate those assets. Such

an agreement would greatly assist both the UK and

Hong Kong in combatting the drug problem. I look
