subsection (1) before sentencing that person

for the offence against section 8 or 36.

(c)

(1) Where a court is required or has

decided to consider a report under this

section before sentencing a person but has

not received such a report, it shall remand.

This Pill amends three provisions in the

principal Ordinance.
