THE SUPERVISION ORDERS (RESIDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS) ORDINANCE 1987

(No. 44 of 1987)

This Ordinance amends the Prisons Ordinance and Prison Rules and other Ordinances to make provision for prisoners to reside temporarily on their release in supervised accommodation in hostels. The Ordinance provides for the designation and administration of such hostels by the Correctional Services Department.

2. Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
