Amend the Independent Commission Against Corruption Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Independent Commission Short title. Against Corruption (Amendment) Ordinance 1987.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended--

Amendment of section 2.

(a) by deleting the definition of "public body" and substituting the (Cap. 204.)

following-

(Cap. 201.)

""public body" has the meaning assigned to it in section 2 of

the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance;"; and

(b) by deleting the definition of "public servant" and substituting the

following-

(Cap. 201.)

""public servant" has the meaning assigned to it in section 2

of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance.".

Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "of Amendment of the Colony".

4. Section 10(5) of the principal Ordinance is amended--

(a) by renumbering paragraph (dd) as paragraph (de);

section 4.
