THE CORRUPT AND ILLEGAL PRACTICES (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1987
(No. 70 of 1987)
This Ordinance amends the Corrupt and Illegal Practices Ordinance to create an offence of falsely claiming the support of a person or organization at an election and to change the form of notification of electoral expenses.
2.
Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
