counsel copies of the following documents: case statements; statement of matters agreed; summaries of principal issues; opening and closing speeches of counsel; summaries of evidence and experts' reports.

45. The jury should be given copies of the judge's
summing up or the equivalent official court notes, at the judge's discretion.
