(3) No amendment to a case statement may be ordered
under this section after the judge has ordered the accused
to serve and deliver a defence case outline under section
15.
Admissibility of prosecution evidence.
14. (1) Where an order made under section 12 (1)
and any order made under section 13(2) have been complied
with, the judge shall order the accused to serve on the
prosecutor and deliver to the court a notice stating any
objection he has to the evidence contained in the documents
supplied under section 12 being admitted at the trial after
the jury has been empanelled.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) shall contain
particulars of the evidence objected to and state the basis
for the objection.
