-the amendments to the Bill proposed by the Ad Hoc group as summarised by Mr. Allen LEE are all
acceptable to the Administration. In addition to the
points made by Mr. Lee in his speech, I would like to
elaborate on a few points highlighted by the proposed
amendments.

Secondly, we agree that the standing orders

with all the provisions of the Bill, including clause
7 which provides for the disclosure of members'

drawing our attention to this technical oversight.
