The Board of HK-TVB Limited announces that they have been advised that negotiations which have been taking place between certain major shareholders in the Company and Bond Corporation International Limited and which might have led to an offer being made for some or all of the shares in the Company have been concluded. The Chairman has advised the Board that he has agreed to dispose of approximately 23 per cent. of the issued capital of HK-TVB Limited held by himself and related trusts to Bond Corporation International Limited.
Application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the resumption of trading in the Company's shares from 10 a.m. or. Tuesday, 13th
January, 1987.
