TELECOMMUNICATION (CABLE AND WIRELESS (HONG KONG). LIMITED EXEMPTION FROM LICENSING) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1987

Made by the Governor in Council under section 39

1.

This order may be cited as the Telecommunication

(Cable and Wireless (Hong Kong) Limited) (Exemption from

Licensing) (Amendment) Order 1987.

Paragraph 2 of the principal order is

amended

(2) by deleting the full stop at the end and

substituting a colon;

(b) by adding the following

"Provided that nothing in this

paragraph shall exempt any person

from the obligation to hold such a

licence where the apparatus for

telecommunication is used by him
