TELECOMMUNICATION (EXEMPTION FROM LICENSING)

(AMENDMENT) ORDER 1986

Made by the Governor in Council under section 39

Citation.

Amendment of paragraph 1. (Cap. 106, sub. leg.)

1.- This order may be cited as the Telecommunication

(Exemption from Licensing) (Amendment) Order 1986.

2. Paragraph 1 of the principal order is amended

by inserting after "Telecommunication" the following

Amendment of paragraph 3.

"(Hong Kong Telephone Company)".

3. Paragraph 3(b) of the principal order is

amended

(a) by deleting the full stop and substituting

a colon;

(b) by adding the following

"Provided that nothing in this

sub-paragraph shall exempt any

person from the obligation to hold
