against all actions, claims, proceedings, demands, costs and expenses of whatever nature in respect of activities and operations directly carried out by the Licensee or its duly authorised employees or agents by virtue of the

licence.

Notices

Provisions

determination

of licence

21.

Any notice, request or consent (whether expressed to be in writing or not) to be given by the Government of Hong Kong under this licence may be under the hand of any duly authorized officer of the Government of Hong Kong and

may be served by sending the same in a registered letter to the registered office of the Licensee and any notice to be given by the Licensee under this licence may be served by

sending the same in a registered letter to the Telecommunications Authority. The Licensee shall notify

any change of registered office to the Telecommunications Authority immediately it takes place.

22. (1) If during the currency of this licence :-

(a)

(b)

the Licensee shall be dissolved or go into liquidation otherwise than for the purpose of reconstruction (and such reconstruction

does not in the opinion of the

Governor-in-Council destroy the identity of the Licensee), or

the Licensee shall cease to carry on

business, or

(c) default shall be made by the Licensee in the

observance or performance of any of the provisions of this licence, or

(d) the Licensee ceases to be beneficially

wholly owned by the British Broadcasting Corporation;
