The Licensee shall not mention that the Station

is situated in Hong Kong in any linking announcement sent by the Licensee from the Station, nor that any such linking announcement is being transmitted or relayed from

Hong Kong.

The Licensee shall provide the Secretary for

Administrative Services and Information, or his authorised

representative with details of the programmes to be broadcast together with the frequencies of transmissions

and dates and times of transmissions as set down in the BBC

publication "London Calling" no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the date of any proposed broadcast.

9.

The Licensee shall maintain a recording of all

material broadcast from the Station, such a recording to be

maintained for fourteen (14) days following the date of transmission. The Licensee shall, on request, be obliged

to make this recording available for inspection by the

Secretary for Administrative Services and Information or

his authorized representative, and such request shall be met with all reasonable promptness.

10.

The Licensee shall, in respect of all

installations, equipment and apparatus which will be operated or used by it under this licence, take all proper and adequate safety measures for the safeguarding of life

or property, including, safeguarding exposure to any

electrical or radiation hazard. Further, the Licensee shall comply with any stipulation of the Telecommunications. Authority in respect of any matter of safety.

The Licensee shall, to the satisfaction of the

Telecommunications Authority, be required to implement and operate a sterile zone as defined in the Particulars and

Conditions of Grant between the Parties hereto and dated

the 1st day of November 1985, in relation to the
