and expiry on the 28th of June 1997, subject to prior determination as hereinafter provided and as provided for

in the Telecommunication Ordinance and subject to the

conditions hereinafter contained.

The Licensee shall, in respect of the licence hereby granted, pay to the Telecommunications Authority, an

annual fee of Thirteen Thousand Hong Kong Dollars (HK$13,000) during the currency of this licence, provided however that no such licence fee shall be payable in respect of the period from the term commencement date hereof until the Station commences operation. The first annual fee shall be payable on the date on which the

· Station commences operation, and thereafter on each anniversary thereof. The Governor-in-Council has the right, annually, to review this annual fee; and in such event, the Licensee shall pay to the Telecommunications Authority any new annual fee arising from such review.

2.

All transmitters and aerials which are to be used

by the Licensee under this licence shall not be installed until they have first been approved in writing by the

Telecommunications Authority. Thereafter, the same shall

not be materially altered or changed, and no replacement or additional transmitters or aerials shall be installed without the prior written approval of the Telecommunications Authority.

3.

The Licensee shall ensure that any transmitters

and aerials to be used under this licence are maintained to a good professional standard, and that the aerials are

marked and illuminated to the satisfaction of the

Telecommunications Authority.
