PART IV

CENSORSHIP OF FILMS

8. (1) A film intended for exhibition shall be

submitted to the Authority to be dealt with under section 9

or 10.

(b)

A film submitted under subsection (1) shall -

be accompanied by

(i) a statement as to the classification or

classifications under section 12 (1) which is

sought for the film; and

(ii) a statement as to the number of copies

of the film intended for exhibition in the

possession of the person submitting the film; and

be submitted

(i) in such manner and at such place; and

(ii) together with such information and

particulars,

as may be prescribed.

Exemption of films by Authority.

(1) Where a film is submitted under section 8.
