amount of any administrative or other costs incurred or likely to be incurred in the exercise of any particular

such function.

(3)

Without prejudice to the generality of subsection

(2), regulations made under subsection (1)(f) may provide

for

(a) a different fee to be payable having regard to

-

(i) the length of a film;

(ii)

the type of a film;

(iii) the number of occasions that a film is

intended to be exhibited;

(iv) the medium of the intended exhibition of

a film;

(v) the classification or classifications of

a film under section 12 (1);

(b)

the payment of a fee exceeding the original fee

in any particular circumstance; and

(c)

the waiver, remission, reduction or refund of a

fee.
