his possession and, where any other copy of that
film that is intended for exhibition subsequently
comes into the possession of that person and the
certificate of approval issued in respect of that
film has not been revoked or deemed to be revoked
under this Ordinance, the Authority shall, upon
request in writing by that person, forthwith
issue to that person in respect of that other
copy a certificate of approval in like terms.

Where a condition endorsed on a certificate of
approval issued under this section is contravened, the
Authority may revoke the certificate by notice in writing
served either personally or by registered post on the
person to whom the certificate was issued.
(6) No certificate of approval shall be issued under
this section in respect of a film unless any fee payable
under section 10(8) for the film has been paid.
Excised film to be retained by Authority.
14. (1) Where a person other than the Authority makes
any excision to a film for the purpose of section 13(4), he
shall deposit with the Authority the piece of film so excised.
(2) Subject to subsection (3), the Authority shall
retain each piece of film excised by him under section
13(4), or deposited with him under subsection (1) of this
section, for not less than 3 years or such longer period as
