over each tribunal and panel of adjudicators are being appointed by the Chief Justice. Section 1(2) of the Ordinance allows for the Ordinance to be brought into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette. Subject to Members' advice on the making of these regulations, we propose to invite the Governor to appoint 3 August as the date.
