CONTROL OF OBSCENE AND INDECENT ARTICLES

REGULATIONS 1987

Made by the Governor in Council under section 46

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Control of

Obscene and Indecent Articles Regulations 1987.

Fees. Schedule.

2. A fee specified in an item in the Schedule shall

be payable to the Registrar in respect of the matter

specified in that item.

Waiver of fees.

3. The Registrar may waive in whole or in part any

fee specified in -

Schedule.

(a)

item 1, 2 or 3 of the Schedule where he is of the

opinion that the article to which the fee relates

has educational or scientific or other benefit to

the public or any part of the public;

(b) item 1 of the Schedule where the application to

which the fee relates is one of 2 or more

applications received by the Registrar at one

time from one person;
