sir, is the Attorney General refusing to
answer my question earlier asked? Is he saying the news has
not been false; is he saying there has been no sufficient
publication; or is he saying there is no likelihood to cause
alarm to the public?
Attorney General:
If I was in a witness box being
cross-examined, I would be enjoying this but whether or not I
am refusing is really a matter for the Chair and not for me.
I am giving the best answer that I can to assist this Council.
