I shall abstain from voting. The reasons are two: One is that I can have a second bite of the cherry when
Legislative Council the Bill comes to this Chamber in the coming tegal Session; and the second thing is that neither can I vote "no" because on every Sunday around 7 o'clock we can see something that is shown that would damage the good relations in trade with another country, and I now know why our trade relation is 11 to 1 with this country.
