at China, but at another country having a close trading relations with Hong Kong. To illustrate my point more

clearly I'll attach a list of the 18 films including the places

of production as well as the criticism for members' consideration.

Sir, at this meeting at the end of March the legislative council in-house meeting endorsed a replacement of paragraph

5 of the Film Censorship Standards with a set of Regulations

as an interim measure before the coming into effect of the Film Censorship Bill. The meeting also agree that this will

only be a temporary measure and the 1987 Film Censorship

Regulations were gazetted on the 1st June this year by the

administration. As an interim measure before the enactment

of the Film Cenship Bill the administration also pointed

out that the consideration of the provisions of the Bill will
