SYNOPSIS:

This must be one of the worse films to be produced here in a long time. The vulgar picture capitalises on violence, sadism and sex and depicts unfortunate refugees as undesirable criminals and women as prostitutes. It tries to bring a United Nations operated refugee camp and the police in Hong Kong into disrepute. The shockingly disgusting film is produced in extremely poor taste.

The European supervisor of the camp is depicted as a sex fiend who subjects female refugees to indecent assault in his office in return for his recommendation of priority for resettlement in the U.S. He himself is attacked by camp inmates who force him to eat his own pubic hair.

Lawlessness is shown prevalent in the camp where violent fighting breaks out at the drop of hat. A refugee doctor has his throat pierced with an iron rod, and another man has his throat slit wide open with his wind-pipe hanging loose and blood oozing out.

Still another person is brutally strangled with a piece of wiring, another has his calf penetrated with a stiletto and a third has his face mangled by a piece of sharp corrugated iron. An inmate is force-fed with a can of paint as a form of torture.

Hong Kong police officers are described as cruel persecutors, as a CID man repeatedly runs his car over a wounded refugee. As the victim is dying in agony, he begs a nine-year- old boy to kill him off a request that the child carries out.

A poisonous snake is inserted in the trousers of a captured detective. As if that is not atrocious enough, a hand- grenade is tied to his leg. When he tries to make a dash to his car, a shot from the refugees set off a blast which in turn starts an explosion in the car.

A refugee woman is shown operating a brothel from her bunk in the camp. Many vulgar sex scenes ensue. For instance, some male refugees use a cucumber as a dildo on her. abortion, his own face with her blood.
