Supplementary (page 2 supp 3) should be clearer. Substitute "Government" for "official". Inference in current supplementary is that official knowledge denied, but Prime Minister might be aware. Extra supplementary required on the visit of President Arias of Costa Rica.

Extra supplementaries required on the IPU meeting with Irish MPs the department should cover the point we consult the Turks and Caicos Islands regarding constitutional change but why not the people of Ulster regarding the Anglo/Irish Parliament body. The department should also see PQ 4 above.
