of Section 7(1)(h) of the Places of Public Entertainment Ordinance, Cap. 172 the said Authority were not empowered to ban the said movie from exhibition in Hong Kong on the grounds as disclosed in its letter to my company dated the 2nd April 1981 and 6th October 1980.
As a result I had been advised by my legal advisers that the banning
of the said movie on those grounds was illegal.

In the premises, I prayed that this Honourable Court would
grant me the reliefs seeked in these Summons.
