(b) being a person named under
subsection (2)(b) as
responsible for the due
observance of all of the
conditions of a permit,
contravenes any condition of
the permit, or causes,
permits or suffers the
contravention of any such
condition; or
(c)
being a person upon whom a
notice has been served under
subsection (3)(b), fails to
comply with any of the
requirements of the notice
within the period of time
specified therein, ".
