Question: Will Government explain to this Council why the classification system for theatrically released feature films has not been implemented in spite of plans to do so in 1986, what difficulties have been encountered, and what is, the realistic date for implementation?

The Administration has proposed a system whereby films intended for public exhibition would be classified
into three categories. The categories are:-
