Hr. Desmond Les referred to the case two years ago where
the Attorney General sent a warning letter to a newspaper concerning
a report in which they said that packets of soft drinks had been poisoned. Mr. Lee said that subsequently a men was arrested and convicted in correction with the matter, so that the original report
was not untrue after all.
I think Mr. Lee must be confusing two different asses here. It is certainly true that there has been a case recently in which packets of soft drinks were found poisoned. The incident two JOSSE ago, however, when a warning letter was sent to a newspaper, was en entirely separate matter, The report in question there was undoubtedly
