This Ordinance amends the Jubilee Sports

Centre Ordinance for the purposes of -

establishing a trust fund to meet the expenses of running the Jubilee Sports Centre; and

altering the composition of the Jubilee Sports Centre Board.

Before the Acting Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
