(i) in regulation 10—

(i) in paragraph (1), by deleting "in the Colony" wherever it occurs and substituting in each case the following-

"under the Government";

(ii) in paragraph (1), by inserting before the full stop at the end the following-

", and any incomplete month of pensionable service shall be taken to be that fraction of a complete month whereof the denominator is 30 and the numerator the number of days of pensionable service in that incomplete month, irrespective of the actual number of days in that month"; and

(iii) in paragraph (2), by deleting "of the Colony" in both places where it occurs and substituting in each case the following- "under the Government";

(j) in regulation 12-

(i) by deleting "in the Colony" and substituting the following—

"under the Government”; and

(ii) by deleting "5" and substituting the following-

(k) in regulation 13-

"7";

(i) in paragraph (1), by deleting "of this Colony" in both places where it occurs; and

(ii) in paragraph (2), by deleting "of the Colony" in both places where it occurs and substituting in each case the following-

"under the Government";

(1) in regulation 15—

(i) in paragraph (2)(i), by deleting "funds of the Colony" and substituting the following-

"general revenue"; and

(ii) by inserting after paragraph (2) the following-

“(2A) Where an officer has more than one qualifying service or pensionable service-

(a) all such service may be aggregated in accordance

with paragraph (2); or

(b) each such service may be treated separately,

for the purposes of the grant of pension or gratuity in respect of such service, whichever is to his advantage in the circum- stances.";

(m) in the proviso to regulation 16-

(i) in paragraph (i), by deleting ", with the approval of the Secretary of State,";

(ii) in paragraph (ii), by deleting "or of the Secretary of State"; and

(iii) in paragraph (vi), by deleting "a pensionable" and substi- tuting the following-

"an established";
