such date as the Governor may determine if it appears to him that the father is adequately provided with other means of support;";
(v) in subsection (1A) of section 18-
(i) by deleting "establishment; or" at the end of sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) and substituting the following-
"establishment:
Provided that a pension that has ceased under this sub-paragraph may be paid again during the period when such full-time education is resumed; or"; and
(ii) by deleting "establishment; or" at the end of sub-para- graph (iii) of paragraph (b) and substituting the following-
"establishment:
Provided that a pension that has ceased under this sub-paragraph may be paid again during the period when such full-time education is resumed; or";
(w) in subsection (2) of section 18-
i) by deleting "a pensionable" in both places where it occurs and substituting in each case the following—
"an established"; and
(ii) by deleting subsection (4);
(x) in subsection (5) of section 18-
(i) by deleting "air in pursuance of official instructions" and substituting the following-
"any means in pursuance of official instructions or in the course of his duties";
(ii) by deleting "paragraphs (a) and (c) of subsection (1):" and substituting the following-
"subsection (1)."; and
(iii) by deleting the proviso;
(y) in subsection (7) of section 18, by deleting "$1,608 mentioned in
paragraph (i) of subsection (1)" and substituting the following--
"$12,000 specified in subsection (1)(i) and the sum of $6,000 specified in subsection (1)(iii) and (iv)";
(z) in paragraph (b) of the proviso to section 19(1), by deleting
"official administrator” and substituting the following-
"Director of Accounting Services";
(aa) in section 20 by deleting "of the Colony" and substituting the
following-
"under the Government";
(ab) by inserting the following section after section 20-

20A. (1) The Governor may exempt any officer and his dependants from the application of any provisions of this Ordinance and the regulations made thereunder in any particular case, or may modify the application of any such
