(i) in paragraph (b), by deleting "pensionable" and substituting the following-
"established"; and
(ii) in paragraphs (c) and (d), by deleting "a pensionable” and substituting in each case the following-
"an established".

Regulation 2 of the Education Officers (Special Cases) Pensions Amendment of Regulations is amended by deleting "of the Colony".
52. Regulation 2 of the Government House Staff (Allowance) Regula- tions is amended by deleting "of the Colony" and substituting the following-
"under the Government”.
53. The Public Service Commission Regulations are amended- (a) in regulation 2--
(i) in the definition of “pension legislation" by deleting “Ordin- ance" and substituting the following-
"ordinances";
(ii) in the definition of "pensionable office" by deleting "pen- sionable" and substituting the following--
"established"; and
(b) in regulations 2, 3, 4 and 8, by deleting "a pensionable" wherever it
occurs and substituting in each case the following-
"an established".

54. The Exemption from Salaries Tax Order is amended in paragraph Amendment of 3 by inserting after "Regulations" the following-
(36 of 1987.) "or section 15(1) of the Pension Benefits Ordinance 1987".
55. The Prison Rules are amended-
(a) in rule 70 by inserting after "Ordinance," the following—
"the Pension Benefits Ordinance 1987,"; and
(36 of 1987.)
(b) in rule 254(b)(iii) by inserting after "Ordinance" the following--
"or the Pension Benefits Ordinance 1987".
