(u) in regulation 25, by deleting "a pensionable" wherever it occurs in the definition of "non-pensionable officer" and substituting in each case the following-

(v) in regulation 26-

"an established";

(i) in paragraphs (1), (8) and (8A), by deleting "in the Colony" and "of the Colony" wherever it occurs and substituting the following-

"under the Government";

(ii) in paragraphs (2)(b) and (3) by deleting "a pensionable" and substituting the following-

"an established";

(iii) in paragraph (3), by deleting "non-pensionable post" and "non-pensionable office" and substituting in each case the follow-

ing--

"non-established office";

(iv) in paragraph (3), by deleting "the pensionable office" and substituting the following-

"the established office";

(v) in paragraph (5D), by deleting "either to the Chief Secre- tary or to the Crown Agents" and substituting the following--

"to the Director of Accounting Services";

(vi) in paragraph (6), by deleting "a pensionable" in the first place where it occurs and substituting the following-

"an established";

(vii) in paragraph (8), by deleting "5" and substituting the following

"7"; and

(viii) in paragraph (10), by inserting after "55" in paragraph (ii) of the proviso thereto the following-

"having received all increments for which he would have been eligible by that date";

(w) in regulation 27, by deleting "in the Colony" and substituting the

following-

"under the Government";

(x) in regulation 28(1), by deleting "in the Colony" in both places

where it occurs and substituting the following---

(y) in regulation 29—

"under the Government";

(i) in paragraph (1), by deleting "of the Colony" and substitut- ing the following-

"under the Government”;
