(ii) in respect of an offence

referred to in paragraph (a)(ii)

where the officer is not

prosecuted for the offence,

or alloway I

the pension which has been granted to him

may be cancelled, suspended or reduced, or

gratuity on allowance he may not be granted a pension, as the case

may be.

A

(2) If any person is convicted and

sentenced as specified in subsection (1)(a)

after retirement in circumstances in which

he is eligible for a pension but before the

gratuity or allower, a pension is granted, any pension eventually

granted to him may be cancelled, suspended

or reduced.

(3) For the purposes of subsections

(1) and (2) the Governor may determine
