Addition of
new Schedule.
SUPREME COURT (AMENDMENT)
(d) in the case of a unit trust, any acquisition of or other dealing with the units by any person or body exercis- ing functions under the trust.
(5) Any rules of court made by virtue of this section may include such incidental, supplemental and consequential provisions as the Rules Committee considers necessary or expedient, and may make different provision in relation to different cases or classes of case.".
43. The principal Ordinance is amended by inserting at the end thereof the following-

44. Section 45 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance and section 269 of the Companies Ordinance are amended by deleting subsection (2) in each case and substituting the following-
(Cap. 4.)
"(2) For the purposes of this Ordinance—
(a) an execution against goods is completed by seizure and sale or by the making of a charging order under section 20 of the Supreme Court Ordinance;
(b) an attachment of a debt is completed by the receipt of the
debt; and
(c) an execution against land is completed by seizure, by the appointment of a receiver, or by the making of a charging order under the said section 20.".
45. (1) Section 20(3) of the Law Amendment and Reform (Con- solidation) Ordinance is repealed.
(2) Section 28 of the Sale of Goods Ordinance is repealed.
(3) Section 13 of the Arbitration Ordinance is repealed.
(4) The Administration of Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordin- ance is repealed.
