16th March 1987
Dear Tim,
Mr
Mr S. McCallum, Flat 6, 108 Clapham Common Northside, London SW4
McCallum served in the Police Force in Hong Kong on a 3 year contract from 9th September 1982 until 13th January 1986. He fully appreciates that the Hong Kong Police will not give references but confirmation of service
he does require a letter and, for some reason, this has not been forthcoming. I should be grateful
if you could look into this as a matter of
urgency, as it is presently preventing Mr McCallum from obtaining employment.
Yours sincerely,
ay
