The Hong Kong Licensing Authority published, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 15 of the Air Transport (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations, the particulars of its decision regarding the grant of a licence:-

His Excellency the Governor, in exercise of the powers conferred by Regulation 4 of the Air Transport (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations, appointed Mr. CHUNG Pui-lam, Mr. Peter Willoughby and Mr. Robert Gaff to be members of the Air Transport Licensing Authority from 1 July 1987 to 30 June 1989.
