Present,

The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council.

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by

paragraph 3(2) of the Schedule to the Hong Kong Act 1985 (a),

is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council,,

to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:-

1. This Order may be cited as the Hong Kong Act 1985 Order

1987 and shall come into force on

1987.

2. Section 64 (2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (b) is

hereby amended in the terms set out in the Schedule hereto

with the effect that flights by aircraft registered in Hong

Kong shall be excluded from the provisions of section 64(1)

of the Civil Aviation Act 1982.
