An Ordinance to amend the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation

Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (Amendment) Ordinance 1987.

Amendment of

section 30.

(Cap. 372.)

2.

Section 30(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after paragraph (j) the following--

“(ja) the designation of bus stops and the erection of appropriate signs

and notices thereon;

(jb) the designation of stopping places for light rail vehicles operated on the North-west Railway and the erection of appropriate signs and notices thereon;".
