(iii) in paragraph (c) by deleting "3,150" and substituting the following-

Explanatory Memorandum

The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Road Traffic (Driving Licences) Regulations and the Road Traffic (Registration and Licensing of Vehicles) Regulations to give effect to the proposals in the 1987 Budget to increase the fees for certain driving and vehicle licences.
