THE ROADS (WORKS, USE AND COMPENSATION) (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1987

(No. 8 of 1987)

This Ordinance amends the Roads (Works, Use and Compensation) Ordinance to enable the powers vested in the Governor under section 17(1)(a) and (b) to be delegated. The original form of words was considered to have prevented such delegation.

2. Before the Acting Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
