Following up my letter to Mr Levey of 20 March copied to you, I now attach a further report from the UKAEA on the consultancy work they are undertaking for Hong Kong. As you can see the visit to Hong Kong by the two Authority staff to discuss the draft report appears to have gone well, despite the high profile given to it.

I understand that a second round of discussions may be required at a later date to discuss presentational aspects of the reports.
