Dear Mr Yaxley
Further to the recent discussions between the Hong Kong Government and the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority I am now pleased to submit the Authority's proposals to vary the Agreement under which consultancy work has been carried out for the Hong Kong Government and our estimated charges for these variations.
Our proposals for changes to Attachment A of the Agreement are enclosed here and from these proposals there are several necessary changes to the Agreement itself which I list below.
