An Ordinance to amend the Public Health and Municipal Services

Ordinance.

[31 December 1986]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health and Municipal Short title and Services (Amendment) Ordinance 1987 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 1986.

Section 2 of the Public Health and Municipal Services (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1986 is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and sub- stituting the following-
