7. With effect from 1 July 1987 the Manning Table of the

Secretariat shall be as set out in Annex III to this Decision.

8.

The scale of assessment of Members' contributions for the financial year 1 July 1987 to 30 June 1988 shall be as set out in Annex IV to this Decision.
