THE INLAND REVENUE (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1987
(No. 28 of 1987)
This Ordinance implements revenue proposals in
the 1987 Budget relating to
(a) the standard rate of tax, personal allowances
and child allowances;
(b)
(c)

profits tax on corporations and unincorporated businesses;
an anti-avoidance measure, the tax chargeable in the case of the transfer of a right to receive income from property without transferring ownership of the property where consideration is receivable in respect of the transfer.
Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
