If all goes according to plan, the Chairman of HKSB, Mr William Purves, will inform the Governor of Hong Kong of the agreement later today. The Foreign Secretary sees no reason why Sir David Wilson should raise any objection to what is proposed. The Governor of Hong Kong concurs
with this advice.
